Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notification of your withdrawal.

Data Deletion

Upon withdrawal, all your account data and portraits will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

In-App Deletion

You can also delete your account and all associated data directly within the ELVRA app at any time.
